Terms and Conditions

Online registration must be completed before your child can attend. When booking sessions with KidsZone you must first agree with our terms and conditions.

All KidsZones settings are registered with Ofsted. We work very hard to maintain our high standards. Please view our latest Ofsted reports;

We ensure that all venues are thoroughly risk assessed and monitored to ensure that they comply with health and safety requirements. Staff are trained to recognise hazards and how to eliminate or control them. All staff have food hygiene certificates, first aid and are DBS (CRB) checked as well as undertaking training in child protection awareness and Prevent Duty.

Open channels of communication are vital when caring for children and fostering positive relationships with parents and carers.  We recognise the importance of ensuring all parents and carers are able to communicate with the club in a way that is appropriate to their needs or situation.

To achieve this we offer:

  • Face to Face – at club or pre-arranged meetings. We offer an open door policy

  • Phone and text including a ‘Text Alert’ system for important messages and information, and emergency updates (e.g. weather, premises, power supply).

  • Email

  • Website

  • On line booking facility

  • Feedback and comments forms

  • Translation/interpretation services, where required

Please only use the above methods to contact us as it can be difficult to keep track if WhatsApp and Messenger are also used and we may miss messages sent this way.

Social Media

We have a Facebook page Click here to see what the kids have been up too and more information.
