Communication

Open channels of communication are vital when caring for children and fostering positive relationships with parents and carers.  We recognise the importance of ensuring all parents and carers are able to communicate with the club in a way that is appropriate to their needs or situation.

To achieve this we offer:

  • Face to Face – at club or pre-arranged meetings. We offer an open door policy

  • Phone and text including a ‘Text Alert’ system for important messages and information, and emergency updates (e.g. weather, premises, power supply).

  • Email

  • Website

  • On line booking facility

  • Feedback and comments forms

  • Translation/interpretation services, where required

N.B.

Please only use the above methods to contact us as it can be difficult to keep track if WhatsApp and Messenger are also used and we may miss messages sent this way.

Social Media

We have a Facebook page Click here to see what the kids have been up too and more information.
